I did use bechamelle and I add some mozzarela to, it&#039;s not in the picture but it&#039;s in the text :)
The Refogado :) that you describe it&#039;s almost the same.
The lasagna layers i used is fresh pasta and doesn&#039;t need boiling.

					<description><![CDATA[Sorry, but this is not Lasagna. In Italy we do not use mozzarella, we use Bechamelle because it doesn&#039;t leak water in the oven.  Refogado is made of oil, onion, carrot and celery all together, and no salt. Then we put pork and beef and about 10 min later, wine. Then tomato, and cook it for about 60 min. If you put lasagna layers in the oven without boiling it for 2-3 min in hot water, you&#039;ll obtain raw pasta. Hope to be helpful. I&#039;m Italian, and great cook.]]></description>
