peppers stuffed in the oven

peppers stuffed in the oven

There was a piece of meat here and I didn't know what to do, when I looked at the two gorgeous peppers in the vegetable drawer made light!
A thing as simple as peppers stuffed in the oven with minced meat That I had never cooked and it was delicious!

No doubt to repeat, I really recommend, try and then say there if it's not worth it?

While I was making the ingredients, I thought what I could add to get more appetizing and funnier, and I remembered eggs:) I love eggs! You're always good at everything, and this case is no exception!

Ingredients:

2 Square peppers and hold on to the foot
2 Eggs
300g Minced meat
1 Carrot
1 Tomato
1 Onion
Minced garlic
Salt
pepper
Oregano
Basil
white wine

Preparation:

Spice the meat with salt and pepper.

Cut the peppers as if you took a lid, wash and remove the inside and the seeds.

Take to the pre-heated oven 180 ° with a thread of olive oil, more or less for 30 minutes, which is also the time to cook the meat.

In a frying pan make a stew with a little olive oil, onion and garlic and brownish. Then mix the tomato and carrot broken into the squares and a little tomato syrup. Cook a little more and then join the meat and let it cook with a lid. When the flesh begins to look cooked to add some white wine, oregano, basil and a little pepper.

When the meat is ready, remove the peppers from the oven, drain the water that stays inside them and with a spoon stuffed the peppers leaving a little room for the egg.

Make a slight inclination in the center of the minced meat inside the pepper (for the egg yolk not to stop at a tip) and gently pour the egg and spice it with pepper.

Back to the oven for about 30 minutes, the time for the eggs to be good.

Here the trick is by the peppers before in the oven to get cooked, so the eggs are not too cooked.

And these beautiful peppers stuffed in the oven are ready!

Bon Appetite;)
